Capgemini is one of the good company but work pressure more compare to other company.
Past 1yr I am working in Capgemini they are giving nice salary but work pressure is very high your not assume also.
Then hikes and promotions capgemini is gives only single digits hikes like 2?or 3? , if you get promotions also they will max to max 9? that is for outstanding performance candidates.
My opinion is don’t join the capgemini, if you join also don’t wait for hikes and all better you can serve the 1yr and go other company.
