Client-barclays
Pros- work is kind of cool , above average learning
cons-No onsite
Managers-really sucks
hr-do we have one??
Employee satisfaction--Work culture is ok..i mean we have volley ball premier league some other enjoyments other than work every now and then...kind of cool....
Compensation are just ok..a bit below the industry standards(Especially for abinitio guys) Hike--really sucks..their appraisals are an eye wash....junk fellos....
Managers are bureaucratic and kind of not easily accessible many times....ironically most managers have a tag line
People matters in their e-mail signature...i guess the high rate(30%) of attrition forced to use such words......
bottom line--this company is not ok for abinitio techies who wanted onsite and growth opportunities...
one more thing infrastructure really sucks....privy rooms are pathetic...with urine pot leaking every day...
this is my feedback...if you are fresher give it a shot..if you are an experainced(3+ years atleast)abinitio guy...give this a shot only if you wanna a cool life ..but dont hope for onsite and other stuffs.....
