The person who was handling one Project as a manager or any other manager in CAPGEMINI is very rude & nonsense and hopeless person.
I don’t believe why capgemini giving them to opportunities working with Cap Gemini .In additionally Capgemini Manager has always grade less, bad character, dominating and stupid & humorous kind of person in Capgemini, they don’t Know how to behave resource nor handling project properly, even they don’t know how to handle resource & project and always saying 24*7 working always without shift allowance and also not giving cab facilities working for project .
if you would believe my comments, Please dont dare to join with capgemini though they are giving good offer .Always you will be dominated by manager and here HR has no power to interfere your issue and discuss & sort it out your concern.
As I have been experience with them working 5 year’s with at least 3 project .all manager’s are all time bad .One of them is very humorous kind of person.nonsense .B*rd Grade person neither has a tech skill nor functional skill.even he does not know IT culture.
