Unfortunately I got into this bank through online fir personal loan , they made me wait for more than month without taking the verification document then I went there to submit and said the loan will approve in three-four days , but it is rejected without informing. The time and the effort I logged for more than a month got wasted and seriously I felt this is the worst bank I saw in around, don’t have any responsibility way to talk with customer who apply and Dnt have that nature if informing the reason, till now I dint get that response back why it got rejected and this is the way Idfc treat the customer .Here by I decided not to refer or take any kind of loan from such worst banks .
