Guys I got my bike financed by capital first guwahati location. Everything was all fine till the first EMI, at the second EMI the company made unnecessary debit from my account of rs 50 every month. Till date I have not recieved any email, I again called the office numbers all I used to get to know is’sir please give ur docket no’ we will call u with the escalation/resolution of your problem. It means that the company got an extremely faulty customer service. Better I willvchange my finance or let the finance end after 6months
