This is Bhagath, I took the Home appliance loan from Capital First.
When I took the loan the Capital First Executive says you can pay your loan early also at Branch itself.
I paid all the EMI correctly, I want to pay my last EMI directly into Branch(Hyderabad, Banjarahills). I went to branch and asked about payment they says you can deposit in your account so it will deduct automatically.
But it’s not happens like that and a local person who is very rude fellow he called me and asked about payment.
capital first people are not educated who are taking loans but they are sending local people who are not belong to Capital first employees.
Don’t take loans from Capital first unless you don’t have any other choice.
