I always paid my emi’s in advance every month. One month I Paid Emi’s in advance for 2 months together, ended up getting bounce charges, filed a complaint with them but no response. Had to go through Consumer forum to get the amount refunded. A friend of mine was charged bounce charges on the explanation that his signature did not match on the cheques given.
