Worst company and staffs. Specially Jaidayal Singh and Bipasha Ghosh. Both they do rowdyism and threaten to customers and at the same time they are illetarate, rude, unprofessional and idiot. They don’t know how to deal and behave with a customer. Capital first should look in apeejay house kolkata branch bcoz here staffs are very unprofessional. I personally suggest to all to never avail a loan or something from capital first. They won’t let you foreclose if you want. I would have given -1 rating if would have possible.
