I had poor customer service experience from Capital Honda OMR.
My new car had faulty AC vent (back seat) during delivery itself. Also the door rubber seal has come out in less than a month.
I spoke to sales person Mani Siddu who handled delivery, who said if I inform in advance he will order parts accordingly. So first 2 services this wasnt done. For 3rd service, I carefully provided heads up 10days in advance. But this wasnt fixed in 3rd service too.
I wanted to complain about this. I was given a phone number of person named Karpagam from customer relationship, she didnt want to listen and gave another number of person named John. He said he will order parts and call back, probably just to keep me shut at that point of time.
Now all my free services are over, they probably deliberately delayed so that they can charge me for this during next service.
Honda gets bad name due to dealers like these. I will never go to Capital Honda OMR again even though its hardly 2-3kms from my home. They dont care about these feedbacks too, if only they cared they will improve.
