I bought Honda City 1.5 iDTEC(V) Manual transmission Vehicle in June’14 from Capitol Honda, Meenambakkam, Chennai dealer. I had many bitter experiences with the Sales representatives at Capitol Honda, Meenambakkam, Chennai dealer.
They have posted immature sales representatives who don’t even know the basic manners and ethics in how to communicate with a Customer.
In my case, I had many bitter experiences with them, let me share one of that.
I paid them extra 3, 500/- rupees as a part of outstation registration charges(Chengelpet, RTO) to the Dealer. Dealer is supposed to provide the original RC book to the customer in a span of 45-60 days from the date of registration.
Now its more than 100 days, they have still not given me the RC book. Not once they called and informed me about the delay they just kept mum, I have been following them for this for the past two months. This is the horrible service we would get from this dealership inspite of paying addditional money or the service. It’s not only the poor response and service, these people don’t even know how to interact and communicate with a Customer.
I would sincerely advice people, not to choose this dealer for buying any Honda products. I am planning to escalate these issues to the Honda Marketing team.
