I am Binu C Kurian from Kerala, I heard about CapitalVia from internet advertisment. I subscribed’Stock Tips’ by paying Rs15, 000 for three months. When I paid money immediately I called by an executive and giving an offer you that if you give additional Rs 5000 you can extend the service for 8 months.
The next day give two tips both are end with loss Rs 1700. Evening another executive call by me if you up grade to our premium member you will get Rs 50, 000 profit per month. The next day Index increased 400 points almost all the shares increase in the market, they ask me to purchase VIPIND( they say buy at 119 and sell at 119.50) it is only for meeting brokerage at a shorter margin, it also end with 1500 loss.
I asked them giving me tips little higher margin calls, the executive say you subscribe premium call by paying 50, 000, then I say please refund the money they said that company having no refund policy. I am planning to complaint with SEBI I feel CapitalVia is cheating firm. I suggest not believe their words, they are interested only getting fees from customers. Those who read me please believe they are real cheaters.
