First, with respect to above services, I am totally unsatisfied with it. Out of 24 calls only 10 were able to meet target. I didn’t had big expectation but want to recover my subscription fees atleast.
Secondly, to express same grievances, I called Mrs Palavi(731244xxxx) this afternoon. To my shock, I got worst of reply from her. She tried to made me feel that its all because of me. She told that I have taken only partial services & call will be given only from 1/3 server. I shouldn’t expect more from services 4000p.m as her company capitalvia while not make Mahal "fortunes" from my Rs 8000(my goodness, looks like she was selling vegetables).
I asked her following questions & request the same answer from capitalvia also.
Please let me know where in my services its mentioned as partial services? Why I am told such hidden things only after paying? Is my fault? Its nothing but excuse from capitalvia. Also can be called as robbery.
Why your executives giving false commitments that your accuracy is 70%. I don’t expect accuracy of 70% but there is big difference in 41% & 70%. I have already incurred loss of 17K based on tips alone forget my fees of Rs.4000.
If my 8000(for 2 months) are not enough for making "Mahal" then please return the balance one. I will be thankful for it.
I am sorry to say but I only feel that I am cheated & robbed by capitalvia. I read lot of negative reviews regarding capitalvia on internet not only for inaccuracy for also for rudeness. Its seem all were very correct.
Probably, only mistake I made was I trusted Capitalvia.
Nevertheless, Very poor services & worst in customer management.
