I want to discontinue the services that are being offered and want my money back since I am not being offered what I was told for the 25, 000/- that have been taken away from me. I want you to even see the conversations between me Mr. Alok and Mr Vinay through your Call Logs. I have been cheated by giving me wrong commitments and wrong guidance. I have put this forward to when I received a call from your Quality Department confirming the services that I have bought and were being offered to me.
I was than said I shall be offered HNI services by the other staff of the company Pooja and still wanted me to carry on with them inspite of making huge losses beware of the company since they are fraud as they do not live upto their commitments and just cheat people of their money.
I requested a full refund since I want to discontinue with the services they said they have no refund policy and this is how they treat their customers.
