Following is the incident of cheating the customer which took place and I would like to bring your notice to this:
1>Sales person "Arpit" from your Indore office (contact number 07316650346) was continuously following up with me to register for the services and for that he made the following false commitments to me:
a>I shall receive only NIfty Index option positional calls as I had made it clear that I am unable to do Intraday trading and do not want this.
b>He also provided some trail nifty index positional calls before I got registered myself for the service.
c>He committed that he will be the only one who will be providing me all the support during my subscription duration.
d>That the minimum investment required is Rupees 12000. Based on the above points I subscribed the services on 03/01/2014.
Payment detail is provided as below:
Successful Transaction PGI Reference No MHCC3214485466 (Note: Please note down this PGI Reference No for further inquiry)
Date of Txn 3/1/201410:47:39 AM for 45 days. I am surprised to see that no receipt was generated and sent to me as the acknowledgement.
After the payment was successfully made since that day Arpit never called me and also did not receive whenever I called from my registered mobile number. Surprisingly when called from other numbers calls were received and then immediately disconnected.
2>After payment was made my profile was transferred to someone called "Saheen" in the same Indore office (contact# 07316697038) and I was told that my profile has been transferred to her for service. Notice that she called me for the first and also happened to be the last time one week after the subscription.
When complained about not receiving the services which I was promised then she told she will contact Arpit and call me back in 2 days. Since then 10 days passed I tried to contact her and Arpit but my calls are never answered.*surprisingly when called from other numbers calls were received and then immediately disconnected.
3>Today I contacted on your so called complaint number:+*91 731 4238 034 and spoke to Mr. Puneet. he also responded irresponsibly, not giving me any complaint number, nor he provided any ETA as to when Arpits or Saheens manager will call me back. He even told that this number is not for complaint and is for back office.
Where as website clearly writes the following:
"We provide the quality services to our clients but still if you have any queries and complaints, then you can directly contact to our Complaints and Grievances Department 24/7 by contacting at+91 731 4238 034 or you can write us at support@capitalvia.com"
Note: It has been more than 2 weeks of subscription and till date I did not receive a single call on what I was promised. I stand now at the loss of my money. So urge to take the corrective action or refund my money.
