Such bad quality of bags and customer service don’t ever buy!
Got a bag 3 days back and the zip broke in no time, today when I went to complaint says the same product for replacement not available and no warranty on the replaced bag which we did not even like, no refund, moreover will take 15 days to fix a freaking ZIP! Wouldnt recommend anyone to buy, Zara or Baggit or any other bag much better quality in the same price range.
