I haven’t seen this yet but by the look of it Captain does sort of seem to be on the wrong side of things a little. I get that the proposed accord is a marker of controversy that binds the plot. Although, in pretty much any scene I see Winter Soldier, he’s either outright trying to kill someone, or nearly does. Even after the’sleeper cell’ thing wears off, apparently. Even though I’d agree partially with Captain, I couldn’t work with someone that repeatedly uses those methods, especially against other heros.?
