Remember any company earns or looses reputation just because of its employee. We all can at times fail in our customer service though do not want to but still somehow one may/can fail. Failure should not be the end, one must work on correcting & improvement .Standing for the commitment brings the trust in brand . Any employee can make his or her own career successful within the orgn but one failure damages the brand of the orgn too. Sales & customer Service are face value of any orgn brand. Social Media or Marketing team can do alot to woo customers one time but not all time.
Well its unfortunate that my 3 months continuous harassment experience from Carat lane is a never ending process. I keep on writing mails, doing call but no responses. I have purchased more then 3.5lac purchase from caratlane, none of the product were delivered on time, there is absolute no respect from its own sales & logistic person for delivery commitment time. I keep on calling but no updates. On my call the sales team wakes up to check the logistic status & find that the good has yet not been shipped . At time it equally brings in a thought that is this a genuine company or fraud, because in - no company will there be any such kind of behaviour wherein the senior mAnasultangement fails to respond back.
I have marked my mails to Mr.Bhavik [bhavik.d@caratlane.com] -Mumbai Store who I feel has no time to respond back to our mails & communication. Jairaj [jairaj.oza@caratlane.com] just picks up the phone to commit but never to fullfill.
I had ordered various products for on behalf of my family members:-
Solitaire Ring-
Earning
3 finger rings
Solitaire Nose Pin.
All these products have been of price valued more than 3.5+. None of the orders were delivered on time inspite of my followup, there was absolute no serious response to my followup too. Secondly when there had been delayed we had been wanting to cancel the order placed then Jairaj post talking to his senior had commited to give us Rs.10, 000 voucher as the delay compensation, which has been more than a month we have not received inspite of followup on same. Everytime on my call he responds back that he has got one voucher is waiting for the other voucher will come tomm and give it to me. Well for me the tomm does comes but his tomm never comes & neither he comes.
Refund Policy – Complete refund within 30days if customers don’t like the product without any question.
On the nose pin cancellation, as the nose pin has some manufacturing concern also the size of solitaire suggested for nose pin is not appropriate its big size . Jairaj had said that he is sending a person to collect the nose pin & will initiate for refund of amount. I have been doing followup since last 7days but still there is no pickup from Caratlane on same, pathetic is that the inspite of writing mails there is no response on same which underlines no respect for your customers . Indeed I had asked them to cancel the nose pin order, also we can go ahead with the other product from Thane store, so no need for refund too . Due to all this, I am under impression either the team of Caratlane handling my case has no respect of ethic & commitment in the business approach or else its the company policy to fool the customer, as the people have no fear for law, having taken customers grievance for granted . I wonder is Caratlane a brand to be trusted for its product?
Please do let me know if there is someone seriously interested to resolve this issue or should it be pursued for the legal actions taking the matter to consumer court .
