Gold coin

I ordered a gold coin on 7th November 2012 and made payment online through credit card. Next day they sent an email that my order is shipped and will reach within two days. I have not received in a stipulated time. Then I called their customer service and wrote an email too and write all the detail. They every time said your premises is closed our courier visited.


However, the truth is its a Diwali season and my wife had holidays and she was home all the time 24 hours a day. No courier visted even a single time. The caratlane said their courier visited  four times. I started chasing the customer care but no response. Till date I have not received it. I think either this is a fraud internet site. Now I asked them if they are unable to deliver then they must refund my money back or face consumer court action. Let’s see what will happen!
