I had purchased a gold pendant for my mom’s 50th birthday from caratlane and I had specifically asked for it to be delivered before the birthday as it was a surprise gift.I placed the order only after confirming whether the product will reach on time or not.I was given a commitment and I counted on the team for the gift to be delivered before on on her birthday.
There was a huge communication gap between the caratlane and the bluedart team owing to which there was a delay in the delivery of the product.
Owing to the delay I had to provide an alternate address as there would be no one available on the said address on the day they said the delivery would be done.
They did not communicate the alternate address to the delivery guy on time because of which the courier service said it would take one additional day to process the change of address;thought the alternate address was one building away.
They refused to co operate in spite of telling them that it was urgent and to be treated as a priority and the delivery couldn’t be delayed any further. My mom’s birthday surprise was ruined because of this. They have no respect for consumer satisfaction and needs.
Thoroughly useless.
