I recently purchased a Gold Coin from Caratlane and was amazed at the way the entire order was processed. I placed the order in the evening requesting for an urgent delivery as I needed to present it to someone and it actually got delivered before the committed delivery time which anyways was earlier than the normal process. What I loved was the fact that I was well informed about the delivery details through mail along-with contact details of the agent who was going to deliver the product.
The delivery person was also very courteous and infact asked me if I needed to have it gift packed. Of-course there was no point having it gift packed from the warehouse/store because I needed to see it and hence he suggested he could gift wrap it after I have seen it.
