The service is very good. I wanted the product delivered early as I was leaving on a 3-week holiday. Vijaya, at customer service agreed and monitored the delivery so that II received it on time.
However, the product looks different from the on line picture. I ordered Ice floe pear earrings and the size of the pearl seems disproportionately big, so the diamonds appear minuscule.
