First off, caratlane has a great set of designs if you are looking for modern design jewellery.
The customer service was very prompt and helpful on Whatsapp. Even on holidays (Diwali etc) they were reachable. They arranged live videos and pictures of the designs I liked apart from the ones already available on their website.
The home appointment was very good. Saurabh was very polite and helpful and gave useful advice on choosing the design I would like.
Overall my experience with Caratlane was very good, especially because the customer services and the sales person Saurabh were prompt and helpful.
