I had ordered a pair of Rhodeus Drop Earrings, Stock No:UE00004-YG0000, on 13.02.14. My order no. is Order #600039126.
Caratlane.com, on the website, says that the weight is 1.35 gms whereas the certification card included within the package says it weighs 1.270 gms. It is misleading to offer a product for a weight based price but then receive a product that weighs lesser. One would assume that the price is for an 18 ct 1.35 gms. gold jewel but the final product weighs 0.8 gms. lesser. When it comes to gold even 0.8 gms. makes a difference.
The exact weight and the information should have been included on the website itself.
