I ordered two gold coins of each 4 grams, one is of Ganesha design and Lakshmi Design. But I received two gold coins of 4 grams of Lakshmi design. I complained about this to Cartlane and they apologized. They said to you can return one coin and they will send Ganesh coin, but I refused because as it is not convenient to return. This is one of the disadvantage in online shopping. Ganesh coins was cheaper by 500Rs, so they returned 500 to my bank A/C.
Overall I am happy with Cartlane, but they must take care while packing and shipping the orders. Their website is also well designed.
