I purchased a small eardrop from caratlane.com on 14th January which was supposed to ship by 20th Jan however it was shipped on 22nd Jan, I received a nice mail from them just after purchase that someone will get in touch with you for your order and will keep you posted for every progress.


I haven’t  received a single call from Catalane instead I was daily chasing them for update as their website was not working properly due to some technical issues( it was told to me)and not showing any update except’Work in Progress’  even when order got delivered. They forgot to write my wishes which they collected through website’s interface(Then what’s the point of providing such options in order process). However, packaging and product was excellent, not sure about the price of product is genuine or I am overcharged.


Customer support is very poor. If you are boasting about prompt and proactive services, then please fulfill it.
