I purchased the valentine day gift - pendant, from caratlane on 5th of Feb. Some executive from Caratlane called me and told me that they will deliver the item on or before Valentine day(14th Feb). So I was happy to hear that.
After that I didn’t received any mail or other form of confirmation that item will be delivered or tracking id to track the delivery. So I called them on 11th Feb about the item and they told me that item have been delivered and will be received soon.
Again I called them on 13th Feb and they told me - item is yet not shipped. It was a shock. I was sending item to Agra, which takes 2 days minimum from Chennai.or from wherever they ship the item.
I called them to give feedback and they even didnt recorded my complain. I was very sad and finally item was delivered on 17th Feb. Which was 12 days after order.what kind of shitty service?
OK finally the item arrived but even the waiting for so long didn’t riped as my friend to whom I gifted the item didn’t liked the item as much as she liked the photo on the website. lolz.The original pendant was little smaller than what was being displayed on website.
My earlier experience from caratlane was by ebay.so they delivered in time(5-7 days) and item were ok, if not above expectation.
So I think if you ever buy from caratlane buy via ebay etc.otherwise they dont have dependable service.
Best is dont buy from them.:P
