I visited the Caratlane outlet on Boring Road, Patna. I bought a pair of earrings and paid for it. After that I was asked to take the invoice which was taking too much time, on asking I was told its just coming. After about 10 mins I started losing patience and was told net is slow. I asked for a manual receipt and then after another 10 mins a manual receipt was given .Extremely disappointed with the poor Service. The store manager Mr. Aditya and the other staff seemed totally unfazed with the fact that there ws a dissatisfied customer. Only when I said that I’ll write about this did it seem to have a bit of impact. Don’t think will go back nor will recommend to anyone.
