The only reason that I am posting here is to make all other customers like me aware of this fraudulent agency.
On July 1, I came across this agency on Internet, stating that they provide professional driver services to their customers. I talked to a couple of agencies and after finding out that this particular agency is located in South Bangalore itself, I zeroed in on this agency and decided to take their price quote. I just needed pick-n-drop from my place in Yelenahalli to Silk Board Junction 5 days in a week which comes to around 7 kms.
The moment I called up on their number, a lady called Pallavi answered the phone and heard about my requirements. After that she called me up a couple of times to know when I am going to take their services. She kept calling me repeatedly just to add business and generate revenue from one more customer like me. She emailed me the price quote saying that they will charge INR 6000 P.M. for the driver services but before the driver starts his service, I need to sign a contract with them for a regular monthly package. Most importantly, the agency wanted me to deposit 1 month’s deposit of INR 6000, which they said would be refunded after I terminate the contract. On July 3, two executives from the agency reached my home, got the contract signed, and took a cheque of INR 6000 from me. I was told that the driver would be within 5 Kms of my residence’s vicinity and would come for a test drive the next day.
The Driver’s service was scheduled to start from Monday July 7 but the driver didn’t turn up on the very first day itself. On calling him up, he said that he can’t come because he stays in Chandapura, which is 17Kms from my place. The driver was also no less than an idiot because he didn’t say anything about this when he came for test drive just the day before. This proves that the agency lied that the driver will be within 5 Kms of my residence. I informed the agency about this. They said that they will arrange for another driver the same day and this time the driver would surely be within 5 Kms of my place. Later on the same day, the agency informed me that the other driver they are sending is from Bommanahalli. Strangely the second driver also didn’t come and informed me that he stays in Banashankari and not Bommanahalli. This agency can go to any extent of shamelessly lying to their customers just to make money.
After these two instances, I decided to terminate the contract and ask for the refund of my money. As soon as I asked for my money back, customer care representatives started avoiding my calls and stopped responding. I wrote 3 emails on their official mail ID but there was no response. I continued trying to make calls and every time there was a different person answering the phone. Everytime, I had to tell them the entire story again and ask for the refund. The people I spoke to were Shruti, Ramesh, Suresh, and Pallavi.
After much nagging, Shruti and Suresh said that they will prepare the refund cheque and send it to me within 5 days. When I didn’t receive the cheque still, I decided to visit their office personally and get the money back from them. However, there was another unpleasant surprise waiting for me. And guess what! The company had moved their office from their address to another location. Not only this, they even changed their Web site address along with their physical address. Their earlier details were:

Note that the address and the Web site address of this agency is different from the present one I mentioned in the beginning.
I would like to warn everyone that they are frauds, who will take money and run away. Their drivers are not reliable and these agency will keep changing their website as well as office after cheating customers? I am sure no one will go for this agency after reading the review as no one want to lose their hard earned money. I will also send the same details with copy of contract to the police stations and will see if they can help me or not.

Agencies like this should be dragged to the consumer forums for looting people in broad daylight.
