I have reached out to care health for renewing my existing policy and a person by name Gaurav Bhatia reached out to me with a policy. He never explained the policy and he asked me to make the payment. I made a payment in the app first and he said he can provide an upgrade on the policy with 2229 rupees. He sent me a link to pay it and I did. The proposal went to underwriting and I noticed that they don’t cover the major causes and so I wanted it cancelled. I called gaurav and wrote to him a couple of times for the refund but he didn’t respond. I have written to the customer service team and grievance handling team with 4 complaints and I received a partial refund. I have been chasing them from nov 2023 till date for the rest of the money. They don’t even read your full complaints. They kept closing my tickets
