Extremely Disappointing Experience with Care.

Ive been a loyal customer of Care Health Insurance for over 7 years, but my recent experience has completely shattered my trust in them. Their service has gone from bad to worse, with an alarming rate of claim denials and rejections. So much so that a few hospitals have now discontinued offering cashless claims under their policy which speaks volumes.


My son, who has a history of seizures, was admitted recently due to another episode triggered by fever. His first hospitalization for seizures in October 2023 was covered under the same policy. But this time, the claim was outright rejected on the ridiculous grounds that he had received oxygen support for 12 hours post-delivery (years ago!) something completely unrelated to the current condition.


How is this even relevant? It feels like the company is just looking for excuses to deny genuine claims. It’s unethical and cruel.


To draw an analogy its like if I stubbed my toe today, took insurance tomorrow, and then met with a serious accident the day after theyd reject my claim saying I didnt declare the toe injury before taking the policy. Absurd and unacceptable.


Insurance is supposed to support during tough times, not add to the stress. Unfortunately, Care Health Insurance has ruined my entire experience, and I feel completely let down.


If you already have Care Insurance and are planning to renew it, I strongly suggest you reconsider and switch to a more reliable and high-value insurance provider. Dont wait until its too late.


Please think twice before choosing this company. They may just leave you stranded when you need them the most.
