I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd, and I strongly warn others to be extremely careful ⚠ before dealing with them.
They attract unsuspecting people with random gift coupons 🎁 and flashy promotional events 🎟 at hotels. What follows is a high-pressure sales pitch 😤, where you’re pushed into purchasing expensive membership plans with verbal promises that seem too good to be trueno-cost EMIs 💸, waived annual fees 🚫, and access to luxury international hotels 🌍.
Once the payment is done 💳, the story changes. The documents reveal completely different terms, including hidden charges and annual fees, and all the promised perks vanish. When I requested a refund, they refused outright. Thankfully, I had legal support, and only under pressure did they start responding. Without that, they wouldnt have even entertained my calls or emails.
Their response was full of excuses, delays , and vague promises 🌀. Even after written commitments, they failed to process the refund within the promised timeline, and the support team became non-responsive and evasive 🤐.
💼 The entire process caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and felt like a scam in disguise. I have now taken the matter through legal channels ⚖.
❌ My clear advice: Avoid this company at all costs.
