My experience with carribean holiday international Pvt Ltd company has been extremely disappointing....
The company promised us five-star hotels at the time of purchasing the membership, but in reality, they are not even able to provide proper three-star properties.
They constantly put pressure on customers to pay for breakfast and additional charges, and every booking is done strictly on a purchase basis. Even though good hotels are easily available in the market, this company shows only a limited list of low-rated three-star hotels and claims that these are the only ones available.
Their biggest tactic is that they first take a large membership amount, and then again charge separately for hotel bookingsAMC, taxes, breakfast, service charges, and many unnecessary add-ons.
Practically, they are taking money from us twice and still acting only as booking agents using our own money.
This company should face strict action and must be listed for fraudulent practices.
Their false commitments and misleading behavior cause financial loss to customers and take advantage of peoples hard-earned money.
