If you’re considering purchasing a holiday package or timeshare from Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd, Please STOP and read this review before you lose your hard-earned money like I did. My experience with them has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I strongly urge you to avoid them at all costs.
I was lured in with grand promises of 5-star hotel accommodations for the next 15 years, like Shangri-la, Grand Hayatt, Le Meridien, the Taj, Oberoi, Radisson Blu, Pullman, Sheraton, Jaypee, Intercontinental, ibis, JW Marriott, Lemon Tree
etc. and many more. offering 21 nights each year at top-notch properties across the globe. and nothing I have to pay extra, It seemed like the perfect deal for someone who loves to travel, and they assured me it would be hassle-free and luxurious. However, once I handed over a whopping 3, 30, 000/- lakhs, on 3rd of December, 2024 everything started falling apart. and raise for Cancelation my Membership after 7 days, without availing any service.
Constant Booking Headaches.
The first red flag appeared when I tried to book my first holiday.
They give me 4 star cheap hotel, and charging me extra cost,
Cheap Hotels Passed Off as 5-Star Properties, the so-called "5-star hotels" were far from luxurious. They would push me into accepting cheap, subpar hotels. These properties were nowhere close to the 5-star standard that I had been promised. It felt like they were deliberately trying to dump me in low-budget accommodations and pass them off as premium offerings.
After all bushtit conversation with reservation team I mail to customer care 3-4 time and explain everything on mail about what they promise me at the time of selling me this scam tour package, and ask to Cancel my membership if you cant give it what you promise to give only 5 star big hotel like you said, I got reply evetimes same like, You have to cooperate because At the outset, we regret to inform you that the cancellation cannot be processed against the specified reason
It was clear that Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd was cutting corners and not delivering on their promises. They are blatantly misrepresenting their offerings, and their so-called "luxury holidays" are nothing but a farce.
Zero Customer Service & No Refunds
Their customer service is nonexistent, and any request for a refund is met with silence or evasive responses. Despite the fact that they have failed to deliver on their end of the deal, they refuse to return my money.
It’s now clear to me that this entire company is a scam designed to take advantage of unsuspecting customers. They are more than happy to take your money, but when it comes to delivering what was promised, they are nowhere to be found.
Final Verdict: AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd is a scam. They reel you in with promises of luxurious, hassle-free holidays but deliver nothing but stress, frustration, and disappointment. If you’re thinking about investing in a timeshare or holiday package with them, DON’T. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company entirely.
Their promises of 5-star accommodation are a lie, their customer service is nonexistent, and you will be left fighting for basic bookings, only to be offered cheap, substandard hotels. I have learned the hard way that this company is not worth your time, money, or energy.
Please, for your own sake, avoid Caribbean Holidays International Pvt Ltd at all costs. Do not waste your money or get trapped in their fraudulent schemes.
