Tips for Fabulous Feet !

Our feet are probably the most neglected part in our body! They carry our body whereever we want to go and hence need utmost care!


Pedicures are the ultimate pampering for your feet! They are also a great way to relax your feet . You are doing lot of walking, running etc to go everywhere in your day today life, and the feet which enables you to do all this should be taken care of properly!


Tired feet will get refreshed with a herbal bath. You can place your feet in a bowl of water with the juice of one or two lemons and soak your feet atleast for half an hour. Warm water will be fine. You can rub the nails with the inside rind of lemon to remove any impurity stuck in .


Feet contain sweat glands. So you can use an antiperspirant on them too. It keeps smelly bacteria to a minimum!


Tea has been found to be very effective in giving some relief to cracked feet. What you do is, atleast once a week, soak your feet in tea. Use 4-5 regular tea bags for this. Boil 3 cups of water with the tea bags and allow it to cool. Add to this 3 more cups of cold water. Immerse your feet in this tea water for 15 minutes. You will find this treatment really refreshing for your feet.
