First and important rest for your eyes is 8 hour sleeping.
Drink plenty of water.
Use mask under eye especially natural like place piece of cucumber or aleovera gel use at night.
Wash your eyes with cold water and it helps to relax.
Keep some distance from your screen and give some rest between 20 minutes.
Use blue control lenses to avoid blue light effect on eyes while using computer and gadgets.
Use protective googles especially you are on worksite with dust or other chemical splashes.
Check up your eyes once in a year.
Wash your eyes and lashes with baby shampoo(no tears) to avoid infections.
If some foreign body falls on eye dont rub your eyes. Wash with lot of water.
