Lock unit of my Honda City was broken, the key was stuck and I was not able to turn the ignition ON. since Car Nation happened to be the closest professional looking multi-brand car service center, I got their roadside assistance mechanic to help. The mechanic was clueless, with a lot of difficulty and multiple calls he was able to remove the lock unit from the car, he claimed that he will program a new unit and com back and fix it to the car in a few hours.
No response after a few hours, after multiple calls they tell me that the new key needs to be programmed will take an additional day again no response, after multiple calls on day two they tell me that the after-market part they bought cannot be programmed for Honda, they said they have bought the Honda original part and replace it the next day. Day three no response! after multiple call they said they need another day! They are learning how to repair Honda car using my car for practice!
