I have reveived a call from Carnation about their Diwali promo. When I reached their workshop they told me that for INR 699 they will perform a 25 point check, clean the interiror, wash and wax polish the car. All they have done is wash the car which was not upto the mark for a service center of that caliber. to top it all they took 5 hours to do a sloppy job.
I advise all to keep aware from Carnation. They did not have the decency to even explain what they have done. I wasted an entire day over there.
