I would like to share with you a horrible experience I had with Carnation, Bannerghatta Road. I left my Accord for 3M exterior refinement. I took all valuables, but, forgot to take the SD card with mapmyindia maps and the goggles in the overhead compartment.
When I took the car back I found that the exterior refinement work was not done up to mark. Swirl marks were left as such all round the body. They charged almost 3500 and work was substandard. It was like the typical polishing that you get for 800. There were swirl marks left untouched all over the car. And the supervisor asked me come again another day so that he can complete the work up to the mark.
As I was driving back with dissatisfaction, I switched on the GPS and there you go, it doesnt work. I find that the SD card carrying the maps is missing from the slot! I drove back immediately. The supervisor Niranjana was so sure that the SD card was not there when I left the card. Interesting! I was using the GPS till the previous day night. How can it go missing suddenly? He said he will check in the vacuum cleaner the next day.
With even more disappointment I drive back home. I checked the overhead compartment and goggles are also missing. I get really frustrated. I wrote a mail to Jagdish Khattar(Havent received a single response till date). Next the supervisor calls me to say he couldnt find them. He says that management is asking him to return the money to me. There you go, they start playing with me.
Till date no response from them. I have to spend 4K on the SD card and 6K on the goggles.
Carnation seems to be a horrible and dangerous place. Stay away for God’s sake. Please.
