About snapdeal offer:
. The quality of water wash is poor. When I noticed the Tyre caps are not cleaned and the mud are still seen on the sides of the door they took the car for second wash but the same problem was seen and when I complaint about it second time they cleaned it with the a cloth and of course it was not fully cleared.
. They took 4 Hrs to do this job though I went there at 9:30AM on saturday and I was among the 10 other cars.
. When I saw the cleaning boy using the cloth which he used to clean the outer surface with some exterior wax and I saw him cleaning my "Stanley Leather seats" with that and when I asked him he just smiled and said nothing will happen and I just stared and asked him to clean it with a normal cloth.
. This job worhts a Rs.100 and there is no special about this offer and if you pay that money with the local vendor you may at least save time.
Other issues faced:
. Costlier then the premium/well known tyre delaers: I left my vehicle and informed them to change my vechiles two tyres (185/65R/14, Bridgestone) and they quoted me Rs.3950/- per tyre, I agreed and asked them to proceed. but after 2 hours I asked them about the status they informed me that tyres are on the way from other branch and it wil be here soon. I visted them again after 1 hr and the tyre had came but now they said that there is a mistake in the system and the correct rate is Rs.4650/- per tyre and it is 1:30PM already. Now the amount is Rs1400 greater then the actual they quoted for two tyres. I made a call to some of the tyre shops and they quoted me Rs.4100 (Siremull harichand tyres) and Rs4300 (Lal tyres). and when I said to them about the price they said the following reason "Sir, they are big shops and they make sell lot of tyres and so they are capable to sell at that price but we cant" this is such a Bullshit reason I couldnt imagine. I was in a hurry and it is mandatory that I should change my tyres and I dont want to mess up my vacation trip so I just paid.
. Never deliver on promised time : As I said to them that I came from outer town and I need the delivery ASAP and the work should be done are two tyres change, wheel alignmet, wheel balancing and car wash. They said sorry we cannot give ASAP as we should take care of vehicles that came beofre you so we can give it on 1PM or 2PM max but I got my vehicle at 4:30PM after regular followup even to the work areas like waterwash shed, alinment and balancing center, etc.
.Never care: When I was following up with them and mentioned that the promised time is already passes and they promised that they will take care and deliver ASAP. but I noticed my car is just waiting for the next turn for about 45minutes (for the second car wash because of there improper washing initially) and when I just yelled to them about it and they got my car outside the garage after 10 min and pretended it had been washes but when I shown them the same area that had been not washed since first wash they dont have proper response.
I tried to explain everything that happened to me in the carnation and which is a very bitter experience. Please avoid at any cost.
