I have opted 24X7 road assistance service from Carnation (they had camped in my IBM office) as well as I am regular customer of Car Nation but on 26/09/2012, I have faced worse experience of Road Assistance of Carnation. My car goes into break down yesterday in Delhi (near Anand Vihar ISBT) and I called for road assistance to Carnation road assistance service but they have responded after calling 4-5 times on toll free number, then they give me some Carnation, Noida cell number, when I called them they didn’t give any satisfactory answer, even they tell me to call on toll free only and then again I make a call on toll free, after a long time of arguing, they refused to send the recovery vehicle for rectification of same and more over they called in next 30 mins to provide me the toying vehicle without knowing the problem that it may be resolved on site or not. The charges for toying vehicle are also very very expensive. I am from Meerut (75 KM from Delhi) and they told me that vendor toying vehicle can drop u in Delhi only and charged Rs. 1500 for dropping in Delhi but I have no relationship in Delhi where I can go, then I caught a local mechanic and he rectified the problem in 30 mins (clutch wire gets broken) that cost me Rs 1000 /-. This is the first time that I require assistance but I have the worst experience from Carnation.
