In my honest opinion, this agency of yours carry rudest employees to name a few, Ms Jyoti and Mr Rajesh Sethi.
Mr Rajesh Sethi has no sense to talk either to a customer or a lady. The way he talks he should be heard if possible. Or may be this is the way you talk to all clients who make payment to you. Drop dead you guys!
