Hi friends.last week my family went to watch family in carnival cinemas, we are very disappointed by the worst management.AC is not working throughout the movie running time and all the food stuff is toooo much cost.
those people charge me 600 rs for 2 members its totally not fair
Why the people changing more than MRP rates? soft drinks costs 180rs which is available outside just for 50 rs.
At the beginning of the show, they show a slide’watch the movie how it should be watched in the best way’, but they cause disturbance in the form of refreshment.picture quality is ok but it didn’t reach the pvp70MM quality.and the music system is like irritating.very high volume, some times we can’t even understand the dailoges
Has got interval advertisements of more than 20 minutes. it’s annoying. can’t be this long.
I couldn’t believe you guys are hiring such arrogant and dumb people. Really they don’t know how to behave with customers.and no lift maintenance.
I suggest my friends that not to visit this carnival cinemas.
