Worst in customer service

This review is specifically in concern to their pathetic customer service and faulty machine.


Customer service :


My experience says that its simply Bad , too bad , I had bought a new machine from my nearby dealer, as soon as it got insatlled , problems started in its functioning.


I had contacted several times with the dealer and company customer service centres, their executives came on call , but suggested immature reasons for its faults.


They were not able to find out any responsible reason and simply get away from the issue.


Dealer and company both made our experience with this product a horrible one.


Its not a customer duty to run again and again for same problem, but their negligence towards our calls made us to beleive that its a waste and nothing else.


Constant leakage and no cooling effect was the real problems and both remains same .


Cooling :


Rating : 1/5


No cooling at all, negligible.


Sound :


It was OK.


Unworthy :


Brands which we have bought afterwards at same location are giving much better or truly trustworthy service.


Its completely unworthy for such amount.


Even cheap and less popular brands are much better than this.


Reliability :


As our experience says its not at all a reliable brand.
