Worst customer care service. After registering the AC service request two people came and said we need to add gas in your AC and they said please give us the money and we will get back by evening.
It’s been a month already, I am following up with customer care team, but no response.
They are very bad when it comes to customer service. Please don’t buy AC from voltas..
