Bought a Carrier Aircon 1 ton AC -St Moritz model. This model is not even listed in the company’s web site now. Its compressor is not working properly (not failed) and gives low cooling effect. Tried to contact the company through web site but failed as their web site is not user friendly. With regard to after sales service, most of their dealers are cut throat business men who quotes high rates. The comapny should withdraw this product and should refund the customer.
Please dont buy this AC. It’s waste of money. I dont recommend this products. Avoid it..
