I’ve bought a 2.5hp carrier window type aircon at the S&R pricesmart. (bought a/c April 17, 2013). After one months’ use the compressor has stuck up. This occurred on May16, 2013. It has been two weeks till date.
You people at Concepcion have a lousy after sale service! I have been given the runaround, pointed or led to whoever.!! 1st it was a Renzy Jomar of customer-care, to an Engr. James. My JO#’s657492. I am writing this blog with a deep disappointment to concepcion Ind. Worse comes to worse I am considering of filing a case.
