Classic case of good product and very bad service

I bought a 1.5 t split carrier ac last year and was happy for about one year and then the ac stopped cooling - I lodged complaints with the 24 hr customer cell and repeated it three times before a response came, then the reps who came asked us to sign a amc first-we told them to checkout the ac and they could not find the fault-said that gas has leaked-we asked them to take it and repair it.


Nothing happened-i sent two three complaints by email also apart from phone-nothing happenened. Now I have had ir repaired by a voltas ac company. It has cost me lots of time and money to do the same and yet carrier has failed to do anything. I can only say that the product is good but the service backup is horrible.
