The unit uses a humidity control algorithm and in a humid city like delhi , I think that this is a key feature to have.The A/C post sales service is not one of the best in the market for almost all brands. and hence I had rely on a product which would give me maximum independence and durability. my choice was Carrier
. I have saved money and got a good product. Its a cool product. Room Temp goes down in few mins. and less noisy I was worried about noise for window AC, but noise is not much.# The warrranty for compressor is only 5 years. The service techician advised these particular aircon has been troublesome.Remote function is nice and all the features are there which are avaliable in compititive products. look is okay, performance is amazing.
