I have purchased a Carrier 1.5 T last year from Ambattur chennai. Free service was due to me. The agency who has done service contract contacted me for fixing date in the month on March 2022. I offered saturday or Sunday. They didnt turn up. Again on Monday they approached me and again requested time. Again Ihave given time on saturday or sunday. They didnt turn up. They rang me and service engineer requested OTP and promised me he will turn up the same sunday. Thinking that he ll be in soup i gave the OTP. No one turned up. Again registered a free service with company. This time the company people approached me by phone and demanding substantial money for free service. The agency for service who are simply frauds didnt do free service but demanding money for free service. The chennai agency spoiling the brand name carrier.
