I purchased windows estrella plus 1.5 ton air conditioner from Vijay Sales, Indirapuram bill no - 42-UIP04-14SDNTP468 on 29/04/2014. Unfortunately instead of service engineer or a concerned technician from carrier installing my air conditioner as told by my sales personnel Mr. Ravi/Mr. Pawan/ Mr. Dinesh/ Mr. Abhinav from Vijay Sales- Indirapuram, a local mechanic was sent by carrier and my windows air conditioner was installed on 01/05/2014 night at 10 pm.
Although I got a text message from carrier with a job Id 91222230 on 29/04/2014 but a local technician named Mr. Jawed contact no - 9818902176 came and sent some of his uncle Hamid -9871961827 who installed my air conditioner.
When I called immediately to Vijay Sales and Mr. Pawan - 8882878827 told me that he would speak to carrier officials and revert, which has not yet happened till now. (More than 26 hrs).
As expected carrier did not come up to the expectation and I would suggest to go only with O’general else rest all will do the same satisfactory work.
Even after going through so many reviews of bad service from carrier, I trusted carrier but sorry to say I was wrong here. Don’t trust carrier anymore. I would lodge a case of fraud and will take these evidences very seriously. Amar
